How do I get started?

If you are interested in setting up an appointment, please fill out the contact form and I will schedule a brief, complimentary consultation with you to answer any questions you may have and to determine whether I am a good fit for your needs.

How long is each therapy session?

Individual sessions are 50 minutes (virtual and in-person sessions), and couples therapy sessions are 60 minutes.

What are your policies and procedures on insurance? 

I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I am not in-network with any insurance plan. I would advise you to contact your insurance company to determine whether you have out-of-network coverage for mental health treatment. I am happy to assist with any insurance questions during a consultation!

How do I know if my insurance company will reimburse me?

I recommend that patients call their individual insurance carrier in advance to determine whether they have out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement rates vary by plan.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask clients to please provide as much notice as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
